Before your visit
Eat a meal before your appointment. Must be 16+ for cartilage piercings, 18+ for nipple/navel — valid ID required.
Aftercare
- Clean twice daily with sterile saline solution
- Do not twist, turn or play with the jewellery
- Avoid swimming, baths & saunas for 4 weeks
- Sleep on a clean pillowcase — change weekly
- Healing times vary: lobes 6–8 weeks, cartilage 6–9 months
