Before your visit
Eat a proper meal and drink plenty of water beforehand. Avoid alcohol, ibuprofen and fish oil for 24 hours to reduce bruising.
Aftercare
- No makeup, sweat or skincare actives for 24 hours
- SPF 50 daily for at least 2 weeks
- Skip the gym, sauna and sunbeds for 48 hours
- Expect mild redness — a true glow appears around day 3–5
- Best results show at 4–6 weeks as collagen rebuilds
